Visiting Deer Park in Japan🦌 | Nara Park | ASMR
We went to Nara Park, a famous sightseeing spot where many deer live🦌🦌🦌! In Nara, deer have long been considered messengers of the gods. Nara's deer are still treasured as a natural monument. You can meet so many deer just by walking!!
If you buy "shika senbei," deer snacks, you will be surrounded by many deer. That's a little scary and funny and cute😆. It doesn't take much time to explore Nara Park, but there are many places to see inside the park and nearby, such as Todaiji Temple, Kasuga Taisha Shrine, and Kofukuji Temple. Nara is close to Osaka and Kyoto, so it's recommended to plan a trip with multiple nights.

🦌If you have a deer cracker, the deer will chase you. 🦌A deer headbutt hurts more than you think. haha 🦌If you behave like you don't have deer crackers, the deer won't chase you. It is a good idea to put the deer crackers in your bag as soon as you buy them. 🦌If you break the deer crackers and feed them little by little, you can enjoy the feeding time for a longer time☺️ 🦌Deer don't attack stores that sell deer crackers because they know the staff will get angry. 🦌Deer in Nara are wild so they may attack you! Children should be accompanied by adults. 🔻Japanese Animal Playlist kzread.info/head/PL8s0IirUameYhbAWLRMuhdX9EKUG1ht8F
I love how they learned to bow so politely. Here in Europe they just jump you and eat all of the food you brought, the tell you to 'do one'. 😂

Bowing is a natural part of their behavior. Stags do it to signal they want to fight each other. That's why, like they said in the video, if they bow a lot and you don't give them a cracker, they will headbutt. They have modified an instinctual behavior to use in another way, but the original meaning still exists!

@@ThunderOrb To be honest I was a bit shocked by this deer park. Looks like they cut down the antlers to nubs. I don't know if that would even be possible where I live (due to animal rights regulations). We do have deer feeding parks but they only have females and that's exactly why. To avoid accidents with visitors due to the antlers without cutting down the antlers. We have deer parks with stags but those are not feeding parks. They still always have their antlers and you are supposed to keep your distance from them. In general in deer parks (feeding or not) there's virtually no concrete, they're far away from busy streets and the parks are meant for the deer more than for humans. This was more of a human park than a deer park. I know Japan is not big on animal rights in general (owl cafes, declawing being legal) but damn. Could they at least get rid of all the concrete?

@@DM-nw5lu Wow. Yes. I can't believe I never noticed it before. A little sad they would do that. Now it makes me question the onsen for the monkeys.
It's so neat to see how deers and humans can peacefully co exist with each other with no problems, in Nara. I think it's cute how they bow to ask or demand for treats.
Can't wait to visit! Such a beutiful culture and country🦌🦌🦌
I remember going to Nara and giving them the dear crackers and thinking they will eat my hand off. 😂 I had a great time because I felt recharged watching them living side by side with humans.
I had been to this park and was surprised to see deer waiting for the green light to cross the road! Very nice place and good memory.
Feeding deers is on my to do list if I ever go to Japan one day.
Even deers in Japan are all well disciplined. Bow to get food😊 n bow to show gratitude.
They’re so cute! I’ve always had a fascination with deer (and other hoofed animals) since I was a kid and honestly, this seems like it’d be right up my ally. Aside from the head-butting, and them hoarding for treats, it could be really relaxing to interact with them in a non-zoo like setting.
"she seems to have learned that I am a liar!" hahahah this sentence got me laughing 😂😂
So cute and surprisingly intelligent. I once turned around to see a baby deer trying to eat my dress, best moment of my life
i love Nara
They look like red deer without horns 🤘
Zombie attack cracked me up! 😆 Thank you so much for your relaxing videos!
A place that Shikamaru and his clan would love 😆
It is very beautiful I see deers from a far and never got close to one in America. I always wanna go to Japan and see the nara deer as take some pictures and give them deer crackers

The Paradise on Earth....
Wow, Amazing. Video. ! If only my husband was still alive
Deer are adorable!🥰
They are so super cute!
That's definitely a different breed of deer
I was at the park in 2019 and the idea of feeding the deer sounded fun. Deer nudged me for more feed and when I didn't feed them fast enough, they bit my hands and legs, which was painful. Raising my hands did stop them coming after me.😂
Wow 👏! How Wonderful having a park for precious Deer. So Cool!!! Joan ❤❤❤
Very cool, you made me travel with you to visit the beautiful deer garden

So cute ❤❤❤
Oh my God, what a cute place!))) Now I want to visit it very strong)
Gracias muy bonito Nara
Wow so fascinating! The deer are so cute! ☺️
My late father used to rehab deer for the DNR, and three were permanent residents. He would let the children come in and feed the doe and the fallow buck.. When he discovered some of the daily visitors were eating the saltines themselves, he started providing free ice cream cones.
Eles são tão bonitinhos... 🥰🦌
Thanks!!!!

Muito legal!!!
This reminds me of a deer park in Wisconsin Dells. Like the deer here, they will likely ignore you if you don't have food, but will swarm you if they see you have food for them. Also had a similar idea for the deer crackers, except using Ry-Krisp (back when they were still around) rather than the custom made crackers.
LOL! It's funny you try to hide the deer cookies, but the know you have them.
What beautiful animals!
That one deer nuzzling under your sweater be like "This is the scent of a liaaaar!"
I went there in 1995, the deer are adorable.
we used to have a theme park in the state I live in, here in the US. it was called deer park funland. it had loads of deer just like this that you could feed. but about thirty years ago, it just became a regular amusement park which I think is sort of a shame.
I remember since I went when I was 6 I ate the deer crackers. I understand why they like them it’s delicious.
Thank you for sharing. Love this video! ❤
The buhdda was cool
7:20-7:24 on the left Deer: " Film my good side nom nom nom"
konichiwa happy new year guys
So cute deer , they like eat crackers 😅 so much
Kawaii
Great video! I've always wanted to visit one of these attractions with either deer or foxes or even cats! Quick question, are the persimmon leaves edible with the sushi? I can imagine it tastes nice haha. But thanks for showing these cute deer, its a shame that they have to cut the horns off, they look even more beautiful with them.

Generally, people don't eat persimmon leaves, but some people do. It's edible, but it's hard😂💭 If deer in heat have horns, they will hurt each other, so the horns will be cut off🥲 In summer(July to August), when the deer are not in heat, they have beautiful and magnificent horns🦌✨ Thank you for watching!!
keuuuuute
Me and my brother are planning to go to japan...mostly in toyko and Hiroshima...but I'll have to see if we can't visit this park while going between those places.
For a sec there I thought Kakinoha Sushi is ate with the leaves hahahaha

Shikamaru Nara Park🦌
What would happen if you ran with the deer crackers lmao
Nara is close to Osaka right? I was planning to solo travel to Japan next year from Washington DC and I felt instinct drawn to Osaka and not Tokyo.
2:38 A deer at a crossing. That's cool. Haha 3:41 LOL he wants more crackers xD 4:50 Looks delicious! 5:00 Yummy! 5:10 Someone's having a grand day haha 5:20 Cute face xD 6:19 I have never seen deer do that before 6:33 Such a cute baby :D 8:22 Yikes.
