This was created by the Australian Board of Occult Tourism, and aired across mainland Australia throughout the 2000's.

Funded by Government grant, the 2001 ‘Visit Tasmania’ advertisement campaign was an extremely successful project, although the rest of these advertisements are still considered lost media.
This ad played a huge role in making Port Witch the household name that it is today.
In the late 1990’s, Tasmania was seeing a significant drop in tourism, prompting the Australian Government to invest in a new advertising campaign to remedy the issue. They focused on a series ads, showcasing small, coastal towns, and the most popular by far turned out to be Port Witch.
The number of boats coming into Port Witch tripled after just one year of this ad being on the air, and has further grown since then.
Port witch is now known globally as the only place in the world you can still go to fly on an oar, as well as boasting one of the largest populations of witches outside of Canberra.
Another thing worth noting is that this appears to be a later version of the commercial, which was aired in the following years (I'm guessing 2002-2003), including an additional disclaimer at the end.
This was implemented following to several cases where disgruntled tourists tried to sue the government following airborn oar accidents.
