Visions of Granders: Lockdown Blue Marlin
If you’re going to be quarantined, Kona isn’t a bad place. Capt. Chris Donato shares some video from his last charter before the lockdown went into place, where his angler released a striped marlin and pulled the hook on a nice blue. Then, Donato was able to take some time to fish with his wife and infant daughter, where they released another blue marlin on a family day together.

It definitely is a horrible time! My dad is in the same position as you. He was booked out for a good 5 months (charters in Rarotonga) of fishing until the cancellations came in. At least you guys are able to get out fishing while we are stuck in solid lockdown! Stay safe 🤘🏽🔥
