When I got down to $45k on the mortgage, I went into a frenzy and paid it off in the next 10 months. I paid absolutely every cent I could find. Your snowball month reminded me of how I felt. It had that feeling for me, except I didn’t have to be the one accomplishing it.

If you made a claim, they would prorate what they would pay based on the age of your roof and jack up your premiums for years.
