Sir, yesterday I had visa interview it’s very sorry to say that they aren’t even ready to listen to you they already made the decision and after that they just ask to few questions to support for their decision. I’ve seen a lot of your videos and I prepared myself very well but all in vain. I know everything but it’s really sometimes feel bad when we never ever think about to staying in the US but still got refused.

My parents passed away from Covid. I have no siblings. I got into a top 5 university in the US. I have strong funding and I have my parents house and assets in India. I’m sponsoring myself with my parents savings and insurance money. If the interviewer asks me what my parents do, should I be honest and tell them the truth? I’m worried it may look like I don’t have strong ties to my home country. Please suggest what I should say.

Any tips how a female Chinese National who has been married for nearly 2 years to a US Citizen (who has lived and worked in China for 4 years) can prove she does not intend to immigrate to the US but only wants to visit for a few weeks to meet her husband's family, friends, and hometown? We both have good jobs here, a decent amount of money saved, and many friends here...but no property.

Choose the correct visa category. Educational, spousal, employment… but never on a visit visa they’ll reject you if they feel like you will misuse the visa.

I got refusel from ERBIL US general counslate . But one thing i notic the visa officer only was giving visa to GIRLS only young girls

For almost all H1B jobs, English is a requirement for the position. Most visa officers will expect an H1B applicant to be able to speak English. If you English is poor, you’ll need to explain why a high level of English is not necessary for the job.

So basically they can reject visa right away before even the interview begins.. Isn't it?

@@ArgoSocial but I read that depending on where you are from, like Africa or south Asia your chance of rejection is very much higher.. Is it because they are non albino/ non caucasian?
