Asking on a friends behalf: He want to apply canada visit visa & have work visa in UK until April 2027 but as per home office policy they have only issued BRP(British Resident Permit Card) until 31-12-2024. Now while filing Canada visit visa form, it is asking for current visa expiry date. He is confused what date he should enter as he needs to attach BRP copy as well with visa application. He has the home home office email for exact visa duration when it was issued.

Reason for refusal - i summited my study application very close to the start date of school. They responded a few days after i withdraw from the program to reapply for thr next availability of intake but, i could not produce the mew LOA with the time given to submit. However i have reapplied to the same school and program and recieved a new LOA for a new intake do i submit a reconsideration or do i just reapply.

My understanding was that visitor, work and study visas don't have a legal right to reconsideration or appeals, the only remedy is to re-apply. Are you giving mixed advice here? or are you talking about PR?

You are missing some documents order your notes 📝 to be sure exactly what you are missing out.... it could be a minor documents

I have two reasons for my latest refusals (two times refusals) 1. Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence 2. Hello Sir...thanks for the wonderful and much appreciated for your videos. Need your advise- I got OINP nomination and is valid till 27th Nov 2022. I submitted all my documents through express entry and got cancelled as I missed Queensland traffic history. Could you please advise if I can create new application under the same express entry profile and include points for OINP nomination since OINP nomination is valid till 27th Nov 2022 and wait for ITA ? Can I do it ?​ Also My CRS score was 463 when I received OINP final nomination invite (OINP at that time invited candidates with CRS 463-467) but my IELTS is expired now and I am planning to retake the exam. If I do not get the same score, would I still be eligible to file my application in express entry, and will my OINP nomination be considered? If I get fewer scores and my CRS score drops to 460, would they still consider this?
