I know this is late but, in a real life equivalent dollar flu scenario European health care would probably collapse due to the capacity issue that they face during flu seasons. That being said isolated regions would probably fare pretty well

I just got into the division lore and it kind of feels overwhelming the tons of info the games packed, thanks to you im getting invested on this, also something about watching this gives me a hard uneasy feel

If you think about it the timeline of the game is pretty similar to how the pandemic began in November of 2019 3 scientists at the Wuhan Lab of Virology were infected with the coronavirus patients X,Y,Z now considering Green Poison is a manufactured strain of the now defunct smallpox virus combined with more powerful and mainstream viruses from our time period like Ebola and Dengue to name a few the amount of time it takes for the virus to take hold of the body makes corona and dollar flu death sequences almost similar in that regard

Good idea, but the JSDF wouldn’t have the manpower to spare as the country will need every soldier to keep security at urban areas and borders, the medics and doctors are vital assets too. However one thing I want to find out is what happened to couple hundred of military bases the US operates globally? However I wouldn’t say no to if the Japanese sent special forces over-that would be something else.

@@captonloner4685 I imagined more as attaches than actual troop deployments. As for the bases? For the first few months they likely operated normally, taking measures to mitigate the virus. After supply chains break down I think mass desertions and local civil unrest forces the bases in more dangerous areas to dissolve. Guam, Ramstein, all those would probably remain stable, but its the Djibouti Airbase, or the Green Zone in Baghdad that would see mass desertion and civil unrest.

Division 3 in Los Angeles? I mean honestly, Los Angeles is a fairly big city and california in general is massive, so having a larger map than division 1 and 2 combined could be feasible, plus with newer gaming technology, its now much easier to have larger amounts of AI controlled enemies and larger areas to play in. Because of the size of California, Los Angeles could be a single area of the game and San Francisco be another, with one faction controlling each city, rather than having the game in a single city being controlled by multiple factions. It'd be so cool to have dark zones in the californian deserts, being inhospitable, even before the outbreak, could make this area even more inhospitable as factions want to take these areas for themselves. What if we have to go through a dark zone to get to another piece if territory, potentially cut off from the rest of the world? Just an idea.

I slept 5 hours and I was so pissed about it but this video genuinely cheered me up. The plague inc-ish (I wouldn’t be sure, I’ve never played that game) type map with the different colors, the upsides and downsides shown in said map, and especially the real life news footage on the bottom left corner? That was absolutely awesome! Maybe none of this makes sense, but again, I only slept a few hours and it sucks camel balls.

Most underrated channels I normally just watch the R6 ones but all of them are amazing

I would love the third division, if there is going to be one, to be set in Russia, imagine running through a forest during a blizzard being hunted by rogue agents and escaping through the thick fog and seeking shelter in an old abandoned factory, where you hear some mumbling in Russian, and then you suddenly get ambushed by a gang of scavengers and looters. And then the heavy comes out and they’re wearing an Altyn with a full suit of body armour and a jacket with a fur hood and are blasting away your cover with an RPK.

@@seyityilmaz4590 yeah but NATO countries will of followed their lead, expect the UK to of made one which is working with SCO19, the SAS and the SBS, but damm having a division game set in london would be amazing because most of the population of the UK is down south, being up north it would be fine and with up north being the ones with all the crops and farm land it seems like the north of the UK would be fine, the UK imports food because it's easier doesn't mean we down still have enough production to keep the north going

@ VNAR For the a dlc it makes sense, but honestly for quite some time I find "game locations" like the US, UK and Japan boring as can be. Due to the lack of variation og the enviroments. Although I know this wont change any time soon since most gaming studios are afraid to innovate and rather play it safe with the same old boring locations.

This is real life, not a video game.. Just look division 1 trailers about this virus..

It would be cool to have a division game set in Mexico or Russia, to basically fight the resistance and cartels to regain government control slowly, and actually see the effects, maybe in Russia you are set as a KGB agent to do basically the same as a division agent, down in Mexico you could be part of a military special ops team

Imagine if they made a division 3, and it had smaller zones similar to the newyork we got in warlords,, but from city's all around the world

One thing I'D LOVE to see is, if you or ANYONE else here in the community plays ANY of the other of the Tom Clancy games is CROSSOVERS!! I also play Wildlands & there's about a half a dozen (that I've found) instances where characters from OTHER Tom Clancy titles show up in Wildlands!! I think that's cool AF & I'D LOVE to see that kinda stuff show up in The Division 2!! Maybe have a handful of members from Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell, or any other of their titles would have characters showing up in the game, maybe they have intel on a target & they'd offer you a hand in taking the target down, maybe attempting to track down & saving a member of their family, (whether they be captured, or a victim of circumstance, getting involved with one of the gangs in D.C.), or perhaps like in Wildlands or any OTHER of the other Tom Clancy titles, we have to help them track down a target that's part of one of those groups enemy factions that's attempting to get their hands on the NEW virus & we hafta help em stop the transaction!!

So, how’s Australia, New Zealand, and the Surrounding islands? Maybe the government got shut down so fast that the diplomats in Oceania couldn’t reach officials in the US, leading to an unclear situation in Oceania (Mainly Australia and New Zealand)

That is one interesting video. We have been wondering how the rest of the world is doing. While a game like this doesn't need that much lore, it's still a bonus if we have this.
