Mam, Thank you for making the video on viruddh aahaar. It is very informative but still leaves lots of questions unanswered. And we understand that you cannot cover the vast topic of aahaar in detail in such youtube videos. But you can see in the comments that people still have so many questions. Why not you write a book on this subject in simple language and sell it. I am sure people will buy the book. Or make a detail video and put it on youtube for a price. Those who are concerned about their health will pay for it. Or if you know of any existing book please suggest. Finally, thank you for the informative videos.

Please make a video on tea. Is it healthy? Should we have it with milk or without milk? Should it be had with sugar? Also make a video on sugar. Which sugars are healthy and which should be avoided.

Dr. Mam, Firstly thank you so much for making this valuable video. As today’s modern world we almost forgot our culture and Ayurvedic life style. Knowledge Vaid like you and some others definitely help to guide us. I have a one question, I wanted to know about the Paneer/Cheese and Butter because all three is a part of the milk. Every one likes tasty food and this three thing plays very important role in making delicious food. My question is this three item is basically part of milk and to make all the delicious food we adds a oil/Spices/ Salt and many other masala’s we mix to make food very tasty so my concern is, Is it a good or bad for health? It will be great if you can answer my question. Thank you so much 😊

1. Do brisk walking 30 min morning, 30 min evening. 2. Don’t sit too much for long hours, get up every 45 min. 3. Stop eating masala & chillies (esp red chilly) but black pepper is ok once in a while. 4. Stop eating dry crunchy junk foods (biscuits, namkeen, chips), eat more fruits, salads, fibre. 5. Stop eating white sugar & white salt - replace with honey/jaggery, pink/black salt. 6. Stop eating too hot drinks/foods - avoid tea, coffee - good substitute- herbal tea. (Boil 1/2 tsp CAROM SEEDS, FENNEL SEEDS, GREEN CARDAMOM, KALAUNJI.) 7. Drink 7-8 glasses of water. 8. Apply coconut oil or desi ghee inside your anus. 9. Stay happy & spread happiness. Your life is more important than any damn stress!😊 Hello dear, I am a naturopathist and I cured a person in family with this recommendation for fissure & piles. All the best! God bless!♥️
