Out of the new Operator themes, Revealing is definitely my favourite, but my actual favourite song from this new event is the boss theme: Der Hexenkönig. Its also kinda special since it was composed by the fan composer Lappy, which is so cool to see. I hope you check it out too!

What I love about Degenbrecher's theme music is that it tells how much she cares for the new home that finds her. First she is rejected by her own nation, then the second only uses her for mere entertainment then chase her away after using her and finally she found a place where she can call it her home. Really amazing from Adam Gubman for composing the song.

I've been BEGGING for Degenbrecher to become playable since I saw her in VERY FIRST Kjerag teaser (before Arknights even released) and even more after reading about her achievements in Kazimierz... But now... NOW!!!!! I NEED HER IN MY CREW, RIGHT NOW!!!! And, my god, does her theme ABSOLUTELY SLAP!!! Oh btw, Georgie, here's a quick summary of who Degenbrecher is: -She indeed comes from Leithania and does not have ANY Arts abilities -She indeed became a knight in Kazimierz -And here comes the spice: she was the previous champion of the Kazimierz Major before Margaret... And here's the thing: she was champion not for a year nor two but for THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE ARTS (yeah, she's a TOTAL badass) -Problem is, having someone so strong they always win the Major is bad for trade to the eyes of the KGCC (less sponsorships, people are gonna be like "Yeah, Black Knight (Degenbrecher's Knight name) is gonna win, no point in going to see the Major etc etc etc...) so they sent their whole army of assassins after her (remember what happened to Margaret and Maria during Maria Nearl/Near Light? Yeah, that kind of shit....). She only got saved from the assassins because SilverAsh, already a HUGE VIP to the KGCC at the time, hired her as his personal bodyguard, making her a non-threat to the KGCC and the Major. -For a long time, fans theorized she was either the Black Empress of Leithania or that she was one of her relatives.

Arturia (Virtuosa)'s halo is just how she was born with. Her parents have similar halos. Her cousin, Executor also has a halo with darker hue. But she's not fallen. The only fallen operator we have is Mostima. All fallens have horns, and that's the only way to tell. Sankta can only fall by shooting another Sankta, and Arturia has never touched a gun.

Blade Catcher has quickly skyrocketed to being one of my favorite songs released so far.

ITS SO GOOOOOD

No spoilers, but I loved the event. You see that Degenbrecher, Silverash, and Gnosis work because while silverash is the "face" they all view each other as equals and genuinely believe in and respect each other. She doesnt take orders from silverash; she helps him because she believes in him. I have so much more i want to say but im forcing myself to stop here.

Lessing Theme is exactly the type of music I used to hear to read manga back in the day. God tier.

Two themes that give me HUGE early 2000's rock vibes. Stabbing me right in the nostalgia. HG is on point with these~

god i cant wait for Degenbrecher. such an amazing design. im so interested to learn more about her now. also a little fact, her name translates to Sword Breaker

Technically "Degen" is a rapier like type of sword So if you wanna be accurate its not just sword breaker Also her actual weapons are degenbrecher daggers, looking simmilar to sai and meant to catch an oponents sword

I am super hyped for Virtuousa(Her real name is Arturia).... She's like literally my type I think this says a lot about her :)

Both viviana and arturias theme are beautiful but I'm a sucker for both themes. It's good that you enjoyed both

From this set, Revealing is my favourite by far...i still don't know that much about her, but i just know Artoria (Virtuosa) is related to Frederico (Executor)...and idk if she is evil or yet another "Grey" character, like, at least just listening to the song, it feels less "evil" and more "well intentioned extremist" sort of deal, but i'd need to know more about her before i can judge her...with all that said, there are so many great characters coming, but Artoria/Virtuosa is literally the only one i will do definitely pull for, all the others are a maybe, with Eyja and Typhon being the most likely ones...

Personally, my favorite in songs from this vid is definitely Lessing, especially when his song just brings in that early 2000s rock band vibe that you've describe. Sadly my least favorite would be Revealing. Definitely somewhat because of its... sounds and arrangements didn't bring me to liking it much. However, it is not the worst I've heard and its just my personal opinion of my other half. Revealing is still one of the most ambitious songs I've heard, since it combine both orchestra and dubstep, due to Virtouso's origin as a Sankta, but also living in Leithania.

Not sure if you know but Arturia/Virtousa's arts amplifies the inner emotions of the listeners(you can see her using her arts in the current Executor side story) . So her OST is very well portrayed especially the line "let your heart speak up". Whether or not what she's doing is right or wrong goes up to debate since she's supposedly not really brainwashing the listeners but open up what there heart desires.

I'm still baffled you don't like SilverAsh when Gnosis was the one who proposed the idea in the first place.

Degenbrecher is strong as a person, originally from leithanian that supose to good at art, but people around her think she is a natural sword user without knowing what she been through to be like that

Revealing one is my fav for sure. That drop hits harder than my depression after losing another 50/50. Also, her design and aesthetics... Bark!

i dont know about virtuoso i havent read guiding ahead yet either but i do know sankta wings and halo begin to blacken when they have broken a precept. i dont know what i can reveal without spoiling so ill leave it at that, when they break a religious law the wings and halo blacken

you should read the manga for arturia when it come out on EN then, tho being fallen is more about losing empath and have their other trait appears if you know what i mean and so far its only if you shot other sankta with guns for now, arturia tho never implied to be one and the manga should make it clear she's not one

Might i recommend a video suggestion? React to arknights ads. You know those awful mobile game ads? Yeah Arknights had those in the beginning, so i think it would be a funny video

2 things to note: 1. We're heading back to Leithania for this event, so prepare fore more music annoyance. 2. 22:30 I assume you did not read Mostima's file.

Is it just me, or are these videos a little bit too quiet? I have to turn my volume up pretty high just to hear you, and the music is barely a whisper at that point.

Virtuosa halo is a genetic from her parent, giallo family halo have same pattern as virtuosa halo

When will you finally listen to the bear theme

Without revealing too much or going into details, Mostima and Executor have similar darkened Halos as Virtuosa. And if you notice, Mostima also has horns (I'll leave you to try connecting the dots here). Halos are something unique for each sankta, as in each one seems to look slightly different. I don't know if this is just visual representation, or if it's actually true lore-wise. Anyway, Sankta halos becoming "darkened" usually happens when they break one of the Sankta laws (mainly, killing, or even pointing a gun at a fellow Sankta). I suggest reading Guiding Ahead if you want to know more as it answers most of your questions. As a side note, Virtuosa has 2 Manhuas you might want to read, both are in her past, very good stories. You can understand a lot more about her, without being spoiled *too much*. Kinda like the Rhine Lab/Black Steel Manhuas.

should be artist own rendition for visual representation, alot of sankta has different kind of halo, tho just because a halo is dark does not mean they're fallen, some borned with dark colored halo

This is not the case for either Federico or Arturia. Spoiler below: We know that Executor still has the Sankta empathy that the fallen angels lack. Also both in the manga and in game we see that Federico and Arturia both were born with black halos.
