How do you create an organic garland?

There are several ways. You can use the design tool, add a NOT lamp and rotate it horizontally and randomly add balloons on it. Or you can create a garland with the garland tool and add more balloons on top of it. There is not “THE way” to create an organic design. There will be a tool for organic designs in the near future.
