I just cannot get over how amazing Exile is. When the drop hits, it just sounds like someone lurking in the dark stomping towards you. That melody is so deliciously dark and mysterious. Honestly, one of my favorites off the album and legitimately one of my favorite EDM songs ever. And that isn’t exaggeration just to overrate something. I’m serious. Phenomenal.

Don’t worry and chroma are songs of the year for me. Absolutely stellar album idk how vr does it

Virtual Riot cementing himself as my favourite artist of all time with this one. I mean, he was anyway, but this album just puts him above everyone else by a significant margin. I've listened to the album about 50 times and I still can't get enough Touhou Riddim and Exile are my favourites, I was listening to the "Disarm You" remix ID as soon as it was uploaded on soundcloud and I can't believe it got actually released alongside another ID in the same track, and Exile is an incredible experiment by him and proves that he can make whatever genre he pleases.

Virtual riot is by far my favourite artist ever and that is since Lunar came out :) also chime is in my top 5 they are both incredible! I am so glad to finally find people with the same music tastes as myself

It’s a constant mix between being entertaining and saying what I think, sometimes they’re gonna get muddled

I'm literally shaking from Redline, that is one of the best tunes I've heard ever. Wish I could just listen to it for the first time over and over again.

This album was so huge, I needed someone to just vibe to it with me and you came in clutch. Thanks a bunch Nawty this was awesome.

Dreaming has to be one of my top favorites from VR now, it has such an iconic theme and the way you can hear all his genres from over the years is beautiful. It’s a perfect mixture of old and new, just an absolutely beautiful song. I almost cried to this one actually just from the nostalgia I got.

I think the reason why dreaming did so well in terms of general audience rating is because VR finally found the perfect combination of his old and new style. It feels like his old melodic stuff from 2013 yet it feels like the base is dream logic.

for me personally, i prefer redline over all tracks on the album. i dont know why but something about the grittiness of the drops really gets me every listen.

My pick is 100% neon angel. I can't get over that acid drop. Something about it is so nostalgic. This could be us probably ties with it.

Having listened the album the literal minute it came out it's very fun to relive the moments of awe this thing offers on the first listen. Great vid

@@justalpha9138 Out of curiosity, how are you judging the production quality? I don't think it's something easy to do unless you are a producer yourself with a wealth of experiance understanding about how things work in production. Also, it's probably a good idea to note that different producers have different styles and approaches to production and sound - there is no one definitive sound or way tp produce music that equals the best production value. Also, there is preference - people get used to the sound of the music/artists that they listen to regularly and subconciously build a preference to that sound. I think AU5, for example, is an amazing producer but his mixes sound very clinical and clean and artificial to me and lack warmth and thickness in comparison to VIrtual Riot's mixes. That, in its-self doesnt make VR's production quality better neccesarily but I does simply mean that I prefer VR's sound.

@@jo-mi4966 It isn't easy to do, but speaking as someone who's been doing this for almost 6 years now, I can say that good production for EDM for me revolves around each element being thought out, rather than being thrown in there for the sake of pleasing fans. That's why I rank Deadmau5 as one of the top producers for EDM, because his songs are always well cut and well mixed; each element has a purpose.

Exile and Neon Angel are my favorite tracks for sure. Exile's bass design is just so fuking cool, and it's so chill, but still just bangs your head against the table. Neon Angel is such a hype track and I love how diverse it feels from the rest of his catalogue of music. Leah Culver's vocals also just.. Goosebumps. Simulation is such an amazing EP.

I've heard the entire thing about 5/6 times now. But some tunes I've heard more separately. My pics for this one is REDLINE, Exile, Rewrite, Neon Angel. Besides those, the others are shy under and I like kinda the same amount. Watching the full video I guess you like his stuff as much as me, but I seem to react a little more with his melodic stuff. That's why the album didn't fullfil all of my expectations, I was waiting for more melodic stuff, more purely, I saw that he kept his hybrid style on this project. From the heavy tunes i didn't expected more, Redline for me it's like a benchmark song, but I really missed his "flawless progression" on those melodic ones.

my favourite is definately either so sorry or neon angel, the first half of fork funeral slapped but it went south in the second half

Hi, so two days ago I finished recording my review for this album and I enjoyed it very much and it shows how much he has evolved and that he can make any genre he wants. Your feedback on 'REDLINE' and 'So Sorry' are so spot on. Also in 'So Sorry', the second drop he's using samples from his Heavy Bass Design Vol. 1 Sample Pack and it just proves that you can use samples and make it fit to your own way.

What hung the vid, I'm tryna see if you notice smt in one of the songs. I'll edit this comment again when I'm done watching the vid. No one else has noticed. Dang you didn't notice it either. It was that when you open ur eyes in logout that that nice music playing in the background was the same from the transition/bridge into the second drop of "Dream Logic". It's just in a different key.
