Wow but FYI depending on your state if legally married still you entitled to his share of said property if purchased during course of marriage. Also depending on your state you can file criminal or civil charge against 3rd party for adultery. Just fyi as you have the right to pursue justice especially if hardship and emotional adversity is effecting you and if you have children.
