As a fellow reader when I see the Queen of Swords in a reading, typically everything behind her are things she’s already dealt with so in the context of this reading, I would say she is now clear and able to see when a liar is approaching her and she’s not afraid to call them out. Also, the 7 of wands reversed can also be someone who doesn’t have a leg to stand on but who will keep arguing. I’d say whoever that liar is running towards her is about to run into a brick wall.

To me this is the identification of the illusion of poverty consciousness deep rooted fears of abandonment and being left. Someone drawing boundaries and releasing grief seeing deception.
This is definitely an energy of someone leaving a situation which has not been easy. There has been lies, deceit, deception and lots of tiptoeing around. Someone could also feel very left out or cut out. No communication and a very unbalanced situation which has been robbing you of your life and energy. Yes be aware of your surroundings but continue with moving on/forward. Someone does want revenge here too so just be aware of that, they cannot seem to let it go. You may need to just stand your ground and put some strong firm boundaries in place.
