Thank you, Robert! Yeah, there is this practice called “free writing “- definitely Google it. Basically you put a notebook next to your bed and when you wake up, scribble down anything that comes to mind - When I do it, I always feel great throughout the rest of the day. Perhaps you’ll dig it too!
