I just got out of an abusive relationship in November, it was hard to leave, still don’t know why that is but I did it, it puts ur mental and emotions on a roller coaster ride you couldn’t predict, you will get thru this n get to a better space it just takes time n some effort, get a dog or a cat or volunteer at animal shelter maybe, the healing n love u can receive from animals is currently my remedy n I don’t know if I would’ve been ok without the animals to b honest, they have helped me so much, maybe that’s something u can try

The fact that you wrote this speaks more than enough of the fact that there a you still in there. Your nervous system is just deregulated. Quietly get your ducks in a row and pop out with a whole new life for yourself and those kiddos. I’ve been out for an entire year now and I’m still mourning who I thought he was… give yourself time. Just like how you fell into the situation you can and will overtime come right out
