I will be 61 in September and have had rheumatoid arthritis since age 12. I have pushed through emmense pain and some depression for 48 years, despite being nearly wheelchair bound, to eventually work in Iraq for 6 years. I have refused to do disability despite many urging me to do so for 30+ years. I am now diving heavy into growing and preparing medicinal herb products, along with fasting and exercise to course correct and repair my health by dropping the toxic pharmaceuticals I have been taking for far too long. You mentioning this removed all doubt that I am on the right path and can probably turn my side hustle into a brand. Will be teaching my autistic granddaughter as well. Thanks!

Teach others too please 🙏🏼. Mainly untreated Neuro defect since birth. Personally, my efforts aren't enough; I'm doing some of what you're doing. I just fired my realtor and hired another this morning. I know I’m the bad guy in her eyes but business is business. I immediately got a new realtor while I was in town, saw a potential couple places. My time and effort is valuable. New realtor knows what I’m looking for. We are going to be doing video viewings but properly. I know a fair amount about houses and real estate. So unless there are several actual good places I won’t have to keep driving back and forth. I have been in management most of my adult life prior too…but I will say this whole adventure has awakened a part of me that has not been tapped into for close to 20 years. A part of myself I thought was gone. I have been definitely wearing myself out. I need to have some fun 🎉 it’s been awhile. Yes I have chronic pain, but eventually it becomes white noise. My struggle is a bit different. What’s lacking in my health is fun. I do alternative therapy on myself and have a second half of my life I did Reiki, Reflexology, Healing Touch…and I could use a Tune Up with Reiki for sure. This is definitely is also my family. I’ve been on my own most of my life. My values are incredibly different than the world I’m from. There has been quite a bit of short term conflict but I’m kinder and more specific in arguments. Keeping my cards very close because my family will not understand or respect my decision making. A lot of autoimmune conditions such as MS, can relapse. Arthritis and Lupus are other examples. Even pulmonary and cardiac issues which have been under control for years can flare-up when life becomes difficult Stress can bring unknown conditions to the surface via symptoms which were never present. Once again…this is pretty common with most autoimmune disorders. Of course, deaths, loss of employment and divorce are well known stressors.

My work life has gotten crazy stressful. I work with my sister in law. Eek in june my niece is getting married

Nearly 20 years of the same thing regardless of horrible and miraculous life changes. Sometimes people refuse to sh*t or get off the pot even though they’ve seen you eat humble pie repeatedly. 😵💩🤪💜 Gotta eventually let fully go when sh*t gets suffocating and you can no longer even wipe an iota of it away just to breathe.
