What really helped me is realizing you have no control, about anything or anyone. What also helped me is looking up what early red flags are in a relationship, trusting your intuition (not fear, fear is loud intuition is calm) and not over sharing in the beginning. Becouse you can't trust someone in the beginning and trust slowly builds over time. Just becouse you are trustworthy, does not mean anyone else is, and don't try to "proof" you are becouse time will tell people you are. Hope this helps😊
