Hey Chan! In TCM everything you’re explaining is stomach heat. Cut out anything spicy, alcohol and coffee for about two weeks just to reset and alkalize your body a bit with lemon water! That should totally help ❤

Funny enough, I have been cursing in Spanish lately. El Salvador style lmao. At first I thought I was just being bitter for no reason, but my subconscious was just reminding me where I came from that's all. I won't forget. Instead of rejecting who I am and how I was raised, I'll embrace it, and rebuild the shaky foundation. But I won't forget the good that comes from my childhood. I wasn't in a happy healthy middle class family with a decent income in the USA. But I wouldn't trade my childhood for the world. I just got out of rehab last week and relapsed immediately with my girlfriend, who's in the hospital right now for an overdose. I'm homeless and sleeping in my car right now. These readings are very comforting and ive been listening for about 2 years now. I'm super dopesick right now but once i get theough this, im going to a sober living house.
