I certainly hope there will be 12 episodes! Previously I saw only 10 epasodes. SO LOVE THIS SHOW. It teaches how Real true Love looks like. I will be 84 yrs. Old this yesr. Sooo hoping I can live long enough to see many many more epasodes. ❤ LOVE the cast. But Mel & Jack are my absolute favorite. I watch this series, over & over waiting for season 6. Mel & Jack

I hope Charmaine rides off into the sunset. I am tired of this story line. I want to see a wedding for Jack and Mel and a baby of their own. I also want Brady and Brie back together!

I honestly LOVE VIRGIN RIVER! Yesterday I told my friends: WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN! It teaches us to behave in the right way, without lies. Everything is chatted even difficult things.

Can’t wait for season 6! 🤗I am actually rewatching the whole series again because I’m missing Mel and Jack, their romance and soul- spiritedness , their gentle talk so much 🥰❤️ the picture of them getting married sparks hopes in me that they’re finally getting married in season 6 - woo hoo🤗🙏😃❤️ I wish we could see season 6 before the end of 2024😉even though it seems highly unlikely🤔 never mind, we keep waiting 😎

I love everything about this show, I'm so glad it's returning, can't wait. I think I'll start rewatching this winter so it will flow into season 6. It will not bother me at all if some time lines don't add up. I'm so excited 😊

I think late spring will be wonderful, I am surprised to learn it will be a 12 episode season, I was told season 6 was only 10. I am sure new characters will be good. It would be wonderful to see Ricky return. I knew that both Calvin and Jimmy will be trouble but I hope this time Brady and Mike will be aware they are dangerous. I think Everett will reveal something to help Mel. I am so glad that building the farm will be the main theme with weddings and renewal of vows will be seen in season 6. I am not sure about the prequel. I think most viewers are interested in the main show. I fell sorry for Brady, we knew Lark had duped him and sad for her daughter who was enjoying being part Virgin River. I wonder if Doc knows about Everett and could he hold the clue to Mel’s pregnancy losses

I love Virgin River ...I have been looking from the beginning... my favorite story line is ..Jack and Mel and the love they have for one another.... please let them have a beautiful wedding... and finally have there a baby 🍼 that they both want....keep writing great story lines...I will wait until 2025...it is worth waiting for ❤❤

What about the dog Tucker - why did/how can the show abandon him all over again and replace with Pony at the season 5 finale! Poor puppy…Charmaine loaned him to Preacher and now that Christopher had left with Paige, his fate is far more concerning!

Come on writers give us some decent and positive outcomes for Mel and Jack! You’re sucking the life and enthusiasm of this movie with all the interjections that don’t really matter.

Why are shows doing they have done this to Bridgerton. Also shows on regular tv are having less episodes than previous years

Still interested if they revisit Jacks drinking issue. I’ve never seen someone give it up quite so easily. Love the show. PUPPY 🥰

The most beautiful season was the 1st. season. I'd like to see all familiar characters and I loved this tv serial for Mel&Jack's love, I love Doc and Hope, all women knitting and gossiping, please make Mel and Jack happy, I want wedding bells for Mel and Jack.

Ich liebe Virgin River, bin schon gespannt auf die 6 Staffel. Lese grade die Bücher zum x- ten Mal und ich würde mir wirklich sehr sehr gerne wünschen, wenn wir endlich die 5 Riordan Brüder sehen würden. Genau wie Paul, Vanessa, Shelby, Jillian, Becca, Kelly, Lief und all die anderen Charaktere, die es in den Büchern gibt. Ich fand auch die ganze Geschichte um die Drogen ein wenig langgezogenen und übertrieben. Da hätte die Produktion lieber die super tollen romantischen Geschichten über die oben beschriebenen Charaktere ausstrahlen sollen, denn Virgin River lebt schließlich von den Romanzen, den Geschichten, der Verliebtheit und den lachenden Szenen, wie Aiden den Bären aus der Küche von Erin verjagt. Wie Mercy ihren Ien bekommt, wie Shelby ihren Luke vernascht, wie Paul mit der kleinen Hannah nach Hause kommt und so weiter. Es gibt so viele lustige Sachen zu erzählen, wo man lachen, weinen und gröhlen könnte, weil es so lustig aber auch so traurig ist. Warum fehlen diese lieben Menschen, fehlen diese lustigen Geschichten? Trotzdem bin ich schon auf die 6 Staffel gespannt, denn das Hauptaugenmerk liegt ja auf Mel und Jack. Wird auch Zeit, dass sie enlich heiraten und ihren David und ihre Emma bekommen. Super toll wäre es auch, wenn Paige endlich mit Preacher zusammenkommt und sie ihre Dana bekommen. Genau wie Brie und Mike, ihre Tochter. Vieleicht liebe Drehbuchautoren und Regisseure, könnt ihr mal ein wenig der Buchvorlage übernehmen, um mit der Serie nicht komplett von den Büchern abzuschweifen. Im Buch hatte Mel auch keinen Vater, der jetzt in Staffel 5 so einfach aus dem Hut gezaubert wurde. Bleibt doch bitte auch ein wenig bei den Büchern, denn diese Geschichten, die lassen sich so wunderbar verfilmen und zeigen. Einfach Herz- Schmerz pur und nicht soviel dieser Drogengeschichte. Bitte, Bitte, Bitte!

Read the books, so much better, this series doesn’t even follow the books.

I used to love this show but, with the long wait times between each series, and the repetition of the storylines, I’m now bored with it and seriously doubt if I would watch series 6. The scenery is really beautiful but that’s about it…So sorry I think I’ve outgrown the storyline of Virgin River and it’s boring Jack and Mel and horrible drug manufacturers which I don’t find entertaining
