Great vlog Lee although to be honest seeing those horrendous queues at the airport is enough to put me off flying or going anywhere abroad at the moment. It’s good ‘ole Blighty for me this summer. That’s got to be the most entertaining witty flight announcement I have ever heard. That pilot must have been to RADA and trained into Shakespeare as that was a delight to hear that. Chuckled muchly at the range of facial expressions while eating your meals! Afternoon tea actually looked pretty lush! I adore flying, I'd live on an aeroplane if possible. Flying above the clouds always amazes me, they appear as a blanket of crispy meringue. Airports in general are bleugh, I find them overwhelming. First time in an airport petrified me, it was nigh on impossible to navigate as it was crowded and I couldn't see any of the signage clearly enough.

My father and sister returned from far east in Japan airlines flight in the 80's. The pilot said out to the right is the greatest city on earth, London, as they approached Heathrow from the east..

Global entry is worth its weight in gold. I’m a GB passport holder, don’t have a visa or anything. Relatively easy to get and have just renewed it for the next 5 years without needing another interview

When you're in New York City you should try a breakfast at The Square Diner, 33 Leonard St, New York, NY 10013. It must be one of the few diners left in the city based on the original converted railroad car design. Prices were reasonable too the last time I visited. It was my favourite place to eat in the city, for authentic food and feel, away from the tourist-ridden hotspots.

I used to regularly fly the VS9 out and the VS4 back in Premium. After a very short while I was always being upgraded to Upper. Looks like its all gone down hill since then.

Would love to see a review of Norse (Norwegian), I have see a JFK return for £300 in a date this year. Plus for the price you paid, on some dates you can do TAP Portugal Business Class that even comes with a bed. I think it always comes out cheaper from Dublin or Lisbon.
