Need inspo for a healthier summer treat?!
Look no further! These TikTok viral strawberry clusters are the perfect summer dessert 😋
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
-A tub of strawberries
-Greek yogurt (approx 1 1/2 cups)
-3 cups chocolate chips
-4 TBSP coconut oil
-honey optional
I used Olympic’s KREMA honey yogurt and found it to be the perfect combination and sweetness👌
My strawberry clusters took about an hour and a half to harden to a point where I could dip them.
We store these in the freezer and move them to the fridge if we know they are going to be consumed within the day :)
Storing them in the fridge was not ideal for longer periods.
The recipe I showcased created 20 Clusters☺️

@@KrystalClearMakeup It’s been a chore to find decent strawberries here in Ottawa for a number of years. The “season” is so short and I’m constantly shopping to try find the best ones. I’m always sad when strawberry season is over or ending. I always feel I could have eaten more. 😀

Maybe butter 🤔 I don’t know if it would give the chocolate the right properties but you could give it a try🤷🏼♀️

Thank you for your efforts and the video. Like for that. However its not a good recipe. Put together by someone on tick tock who has no idea about how recipes supposed to work. I I felt bad for my daughter who made it for us with such pride, but of course I had to enjoy it. So venting on here instead (sorry). Eating this is painful, especially if you have sensitive teeth. Ice cream or sorbet would be much preferable. You do not get frozen yogurt -like desert by freezing yogurt, And frozen strawberries are basically bits of very mildly strawberry flavored sour water. When you add chocolate coating to the mix, it does not improve things much. If you have good chocolate it will taste ok even frozen. But it does not go with the frozen sour milk and frozen strawberry water. Textures do not go together. At all.
