A few final things: 1) to those saying I DID message him before he messaged me, that was in response to the severed head message he sent me back on the 24th. That message in response to him was also sent on the 24th. I couldn't fit the entire message into a screencap or else I would have. 2) I missed the fact that Gary Samson tweeted something evil this way comes backwards the final day that the ARG was running. 3) the owner of the game has DMd me saying that they watched the video and don't blame me for the account getting suspended. I love all of you.

I think you did the right thing Loey. It's important to have your own safety be the first priority, and even though this is all a story, we don't know who the creator or is what they are capable of. (Or what their original intentions were) I still have a strange feeling about the tweets, originally "blaming" you. (And then taking it back) At the end of the day, you're absolutely right, we still don't know what's real. As a subscriber, and someone who was entertained by the content of this week, you have 100% no reason to feel bad. You didn't "ruin" anything. Are you kidding me?!? You made that story what it was! It never would have gotten any recognition if it wasn’t for you. It isn’t your fault, the horrible things they were posting should have gotten the account suspended a long time ago.

As interesting and entertaining and scary as this story was, that account was posting some seriously disturbing and inappropriate stuff. As it went on longer, it gained more of a following, as happens with things that go viral. Imo it was only a matter of time before someone or several someones reported the account as inappropriate. Honestly, it's far more likely that it was taken down due to concerned parents or something. It was honestly a super shabby move by the account runner that blame you so you feel bad and then retract it all with "haha sorry i was just mad"

I never found the story to be particularly creepy or interesting to be honest. It was clearly, as you mentioned, just being made up as they went a long, which caused it to lack a solid story/direction in my opinion. And how rude of them to pin it all on you in the end, even if they took it back. You made the story a lot more interesting than they did

I wasn't as big of a fan of this story as it was - it felt too dark, and like it went too far. It was very confusing, and I didn't get sucked in. But people did enjoy it, and I know you enjoyed it. You helped a lot of people find the story, and you always shared screenshots, and gave us the option to follow and watch it live on Twitter, you just helped people piece it together and make it a full story, so you definitely didn't ruin it. I would love a Dear David update, and I love hearing you read stories.

I think a person who knew you liked horror/scary stories made up a story on twitter and knew they will get your attention and just wanted to scare you/us. And when it got more popular he/she didn't know how to properly end it or how to carry on and blamed you. Maybe someone reported the account because of the threats and that is why it got suspended or maybe the owner did something that ended with his/hers account getting suspended (maybe reporting it himself/herself from another account) To me it was not really that exciting and i believe there will be another way better viral story coming! Love you and do not blame yourself, if the user did not want you telling us the story he/she would have blocked you sooner. Keep your head up high and we love you so much!
