3 tbsp (44g) brown sugar (packed) 🥄
3 tbsp (44g) low-sugar ketchup 🍅
1 tsp red wine vinegar 🍷
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce 🥄
1 tsp dry mustard 🌿
½ tsp paprika 🌶️
½ tsp salt 🧂
¼ tsp pepper 🌿
Dash hot sauce (optional) 🔥
🍕 Cottage Cheese Flatbread:
1.5 cups (340g) low-fat cottage cheese 🧀
2 eggs 🥚
1 tsp oregano (dried) 🌿
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
🍗🍕 Pizza Toppings:
2 tbsp (30g) BBQ sauce (sauce base) 🍯
1/3 lb (151g) shredded rotisserie chicken (or other cooked chicken) 🍗
1 cup (100g) low-fat, shredded mozzarella 🧀
2 tbsp (30g) BBQ sauce (for drizzling) 🍯
Instructions:
🍯 5-Min BBQ Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
🍕 Pizza Base:
- Preheat oven & pan to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend all ingredients until creamy.
- Lightly spray baking paper with olive oil cooking spray.
- Pour onto a lined baking sheet, spread evenly, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
🍕 Bake Pizza:
- Add BBQ sauce, chicken, and mozzarella to the flatbread.
- Bake at 425°F (225°C) for 5-7 minutes. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and enjoy!

    @BetterCheatMeals I made it and it was good but the crust stuck to the parchment paper, was I supposed to spray it w non-stick spray

    @@daviddabbs2474hi David- thanks for letting us know. We’ve never had it stick to the parchment paper and we don’t spray it. If you’re keen to make it again, try cooling the base on a wire rack for 5-10 min or even baking on fresh paper before adding the toppings and baking again. Please let us know if you get better results. We’ve had followers on other channels tag is in pizzas they’ve made without sticking so we think letting the base cool a bit longer before baking again will help.
