@@MidlandCruiser In the middle of filming that now. Planning on doing a "quick" assembly video for it. Had to cool it with the content creation and get to work. Got a little future Mechanic on the way!

I have the 750 and a master cylinder kit the same as you have, I have had it for 3 years now but will do this when I replace my brake lines , what brand of brake lines do you recommend. It’s nice to see you explain it so I have some idea what to expect.

Thank you...glad you liked it. I used the kit which Wezmoto offers in the uk. I choose the oem layout, here is a link for the 750 from 92-97 wezmoto.com/product/yamaha-xv750-virago-1992-1997-oem-standard-layout/ I have to mention it that the 2 line which goes to the calipers are a bit long and bends quite a lot when the front suspension moves, not sure why Wezmoto made them that long. Very good quality though I think they have a contract with Hel because few parts had their logo on them. Hope this helps👍

Nice video, I have a 1985 XV 1100 and my front brake lever is very hard to squeeze, can you tell me how much is traveling distance for the front lever or is it normal in the viragos that the lever is so hard? I already changed the brake fluid and rebuild the 2 calipers. thanks

Yes on the 1100 it feels like squeezing a brick😁...I have been told that the master cylinder from the 535 fits and because it is a 14mm piston it creates higher pressure, but cause a little more travel...Comes from a source who are racing Yamaha TR1. I will probably do it so stay tuned to my channel😉👍👍
