Far Vipatsana while breathing in from top feel breath at center of head to between the eyes, ears, bottom of throat to center of stomach to bottom of spinal chord to mool bund then knees n last and tenth toes Breath in reverse counting. Do share with me Or advice accordingly.

Start Awakening body. Sit crossed legs, open palms on knees n count breath Up to ten feel vibrations in whole body, Next ten counts concentrate in heart n the heat 2 mins gone Now anna pan.. Feel air stationed in front of nose breath in with full nose out is auto.. Feel Coming is cold n out hot till six minutes, count 15*6-90. Then breath in from bottom of nose now concentrate in out lenth three minutes. After ten minutes feel the body far forty minutes n ten minutes far sad bhavna Manglam, Subh manglam. Up to
