Yes. The only engine thats not as reliable is the zd30t which is a reno engine

My first one was identical to this one but was champagne! 1998 3.2td Caravan X Electric curtains, Electric sliding door soft close. Twin sun roof. Cloth upholstery. My second one was the highway star 3.2td 4x4 was all the same but the power sliding door with half leather upholstery. My current one is the 3.2td Rider black 4x4 white leather with every modification for the e50 from Garson Dad over £15,000 in modifications

Are you able to get the powered mirrors to automatically rotate in/out on starting the car up? I have a similar spec to yours and I have to hit the switch to manually turn them in. I just can't find a way to put them on auto.

You will have to sother a reley to a scheme for that to be activated. As long as you don't have cold winters it should be usefull and last long.

I have one but your spec is so much better, I am very jealous. I have a ZD30 one as well, any tips to keep it reliable? not had any problems with it so far.

@@trevormwangi1745 change all the fluids and filters on time, if you have salt in the roads, rustproofing the car entirely is also a must

But there was a version above the X. The Autech Royal. But that is a completely different thing. 😁 The ZD is not a Renault engine. It´s the same from some Patrols and Terranos (Pathfinder). But yes the 3 l one is prone to fail. It´s probably the same as many people think the 350Z engine is from Renault. It is not. Vanlife: Japanese vans were always vanlife before that was a thing kinda. 😁 Was ist from the Patrol? I´m not sure. But yeah having 4 wheel drive with a locker is relly cool for a van. Just out of curiousity: Is it from "JDM Car and Motorcycle"? Tho they´re in the US.

Didn't see any Autech elgrands. But I've heard that there was bunch of them in the Royal fleet. So I assume that was the case. The importer of this specific vehicle is from Toronto.

@@tunex_ Ah, ok. Yes these versions are very rare. The newer models are called VIP - there´s also a 4 seater version like the Royal. Is it? Thought nowadays most vehicles in the Royal fleet are Toyotas? The Elgrand Royal was a version one could buy not just the royal family. 😁 But there are also "normal" Autech versions with sporty looks as well as the Paramedic versions.

@@SvenQ45 Yes the newer ones have been obvioulsy been heavier modified. I am planning on installing a body kit down the road. It does look nice on the car. In terms of the ZD Engine its been addded to Nissan through Renault-Nissan engine exchange program. It has been done as I assume for one very corrupted reason through out French presence in Nissan. Do you have an Elgrand aswell?

​@@tunex_ No I don´t have an Elgrand. 😁 The ZD replaced another engine family at Renault. Only the newer ZD versions were put into Renault models. 2nd generation, updated version. The first ZD30s were only put into Nissan models. Later Diesels were from Renault. Tho more of an co-development because some where based on the gasoline versions. But yeah also those alliance platforms were more Nissan I think. I once saw a "paper" somewhere with these platform. 🤔

I've got one of these but with the 3.2. Your spec is so much better than mine, I have the basic caravan spec. I'm very jealous of your auto curtains and rotating seats. Do you have a part 2 video?

Thanks. This is the top spec and is actually a favourite to use by the royal family in Japan. Video #2 is coming but not sure when. Since those Fuel pumps are difficult to diagnose & repair in Canada. Asweel as it has to be taken off in a specific way in order not to mess up the timing. I also have a Delica to work with with 4m40

It's about how you treat them. The fuel pump suffers sometimes so you have to work on it a bit
