This channel is amazing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Prof. Bushkova is the only violin teacher I've seen on the internet (that regularly makes in-depth videos, not just short surface-level tutorials) that actually teaches violin at a university\conservatory and her students go on to the top conservatories in the world. I'm very grateful that she shares her knowledge with us. Even if a lot of the techniques are above my level it's still very insightful. I would certainly like to support the channel. Have you guys thought about making a patreon account or something similar? I would love to see this channel grow as much as possible. I know Prof. Bushkova is very busy with her teaching, so perhaps sometimes her students can give the lessons whenever she doesn't have time. There are a few videos from Prof. Sassmannshaus out there and a few very very short technical videos from soloists, but other than that it is extremely rare to find videos about violin technique from someone who actually trains soloist level violinists. I just want to give a big thank you to Prof. Bushkova, her students, and all of the other people that make this channel possible.

I'm an intermediate but I've never heard such a clear explanation on left hand pizzacato before. I tried it again after watching this and I can finally do it! This is so motivating even though it's outside of my current level. The finger placement is so crucial. Of course it's nowhere near perfect but it's there! Спасибо большое за урок!) Молодец))

Would truly appreciate your tips on how to play pizzicato chords specially the ones with Quintos . I have been practicing Sarasate's Serenata Andalusia for a while but still have not gotten any progress on the pizzicato chords followed by the same notes on Arco ( E-B-E ---F-A-E). Cannot seem to sound all three at once.

Hi from Argentina! I was hoping you to explain how to do it in first position since like you said, it's harder. Because I barely can in the other strings, for example the passage from "Malagueña" by Sarasate, or that piece of Bazzini....

Wonderful! I haven't had repitoire with a lot of left hand pizzicato for awhile but I always work it into my warm up. I didn't catch the name of the piece of music, what piece was this passage from?
