Oh, the president cards-- 32 is Franklin Roosevelt who masterminded our way during WWII. Teddy was a few cards back with a moustache. Franklin was a distant fifth cousin of Teddy's. I love the embroidery paper magazines--- a great find!

Love the game memory. My favorite was monopoly. I could only play when I visited my grandmother. My cousins and I would play. My siblings were 6 years apart. They were not interested in playing.

Love your treasures!!! The bird books are amazing! And the memory game - oh, yes, I had that one growing up, too. Loved that game and played it for years and years. The card game in the green plastic case is another one I remember from my childhood. It‘s called Elfer raus and is a real classic German card game. Thanks for sharing your goodies!

What fabulous treasures!! I used to have a record holder similar to that one. Geez I think about all the treasures from my childhood that we got rid of because we thought it was just crap taking up space. 🙄 Now if I want anything here in the states, it will cost a small fortune 😕. Every time you say that you still haven't found out what Kwartet is in English I mean to look it up but I always forget by the end of the video. So today I stopped the video and did it! Apparently Kwartet is called Quartets! I think it is similar to Happy Families, where you have to collect families of 4. And Parcheesi is apparently a board game, not a card game. Even snel naar Rataplan of het goede doel. Maar liever naar oud Beijerland en daar naar drie of vier. Weet je ik kom er nu achter dat ik de andere set heb, althans drie, van de vogelboeken. Ik mis Europa en Afrika, maar ze zijn niet hetzelfde.... Als jij deel 1 heb dan heb ik 2 en andersom haha. Had ik nou vorige week Europa en Afrika ook maar mee genomen!!!!

Absolutely love the leather jeans labels. So freakin cool! Like you, I will now be looking for these while thrifting lol!

I love your haul videos. Tip for removing the sticker price tags--turn the hair dryer on it till it's a bit warm. Usually, it will come off easily. Your Tim is the best enabler. 🙂 I think that Columbia album was for 78 RPM records. The hole for the label looks like the size for those records. I'm thinking 1930s or 40s. Just guessing, but a really cool find and I love your ideas for using the album.

Yesss argyle socks were a thing in my school too! They were more for the preppy kids. Oooh I just remembered, we wore them with penny loafers!! Did y’all wear those too?? I remember trying to find shiny pennies for them!! This was high school maybe 1985!!!😂❤️❤️

My kids were born in the 70's (1970 & 1972). It was indeed a simpler time. The worst thing in the 70's was that awful green or orange shagg carpet that you had to rake instead of vacuum. Shudder to think what was living under those long fibers. What were we thinking?

geweldig weer , al jouw vondsten! ik kijk ook altijd alle vogelboeken en zo in., maar vind nooit met zulke mooie illustraties. en leuk al die stofjes , en garens en spelletjes. en ook erg mooie spullen via de instagram winkeltjes...en oef , die mooie platen album! erg mooi ook. dank je wel weer om het ons allemaal te laten zien. maar ben ook erg benieuwd hoe je alles bewaard en opruimd😉 craftroom tour? dank je en tot maandag weer!🤗😘😊

Musical disc is really Soviet, front cover says Leningrad's factory of musical discs / gramophone discs, on the backside are "rules for using the musical disks". Music itself I do not know, it's something about "anyways the spring will come"
