The Sou’Wester Historic Lodge and Vintage Travel Trailer Resort has an eclectic mix of accommodations including suites, cabins, trailers, RV spaces, and campsites.
They were fairly decent at $50 a night for our spot which included electric, water and sewer. This also gave us full access to their showers and other facilities.
The Historic Lodge was built in 1892 as Senator Corbett’s vacation home. In the 1950’s the second floor Great Ballroom was converted into 4 separate suites, each with a private kitchen and bathroom.
Vintage Travel Trailers
This place was awesome, they have a fleet of over 20 renovated Vintage Travel Trailers from the 1950’s and 60’s. They vary in size from 16′ up to 40′ long with amenities ranging from simple & rustic to fully-equipped! Each trailer has their own unique aesthetic and vintage appeal. Experience what it’s like to vacation like a vagabond with the attractions of their Grounds and the Long Beach Peninsula.
