Vintage Märklin: the 'Krokodil' and the DB 024

Two trains are intersecting each other on our vintage Märklin modular track. There's an upper track and a lower track on two different transformators, and a separate loc depot. Thanks to our senior MOBOV members who gracefully brought their 50's Märklin rolling stock for this running session.

^5 years ago my grandfather bought me a Krokodil.I still regret it that I've sold it. I think its one of the most beautiful models ever made. Now I own one in N-Gauge. Its a lovely looking engine but compared to the Märklin model its not as nice. Thanks for showing.👍👍👍

Love the layout and the trains !!! After starting with digital and C-track, I am planning on building another analog layout with M-track. Do you have dimensions and / or track plan you can share? And how do you get to the 2nd level?
