Nice original condition; excellent facing. I think these pieces are sleepers- much more interesting sounding and rewarding to play than pieces costing many times as much. Demo'd with a cheapo 3 1/2 Rico on a '62ish VI.

I inherited a Guy Hawkins #7 when I traded my 1952 Selmer BA alto sax for a Selmer Series II Low A Bari Sax. IT SINGS!!!!. I love that streamline design that fills so comfor- table in my mouth. I can whisper all the low notes with little effort. I just got a Berg Larsen 120/2 SMS and in the process of comparing them. Even if I go with the Berg, the Hawkins will remain in my stash. By the way, you have a nice tenor sound.
