Question regarding the scalp paint, do you apply some kind of sealer afterwards? How long do you leave it to dry? Have you ever had an issue of flaking paint when rerooting? 🙏🏻 I’m prepping a vintage Malibu Barbie now to become a brunette 😍 Just waiting on the hair:)

After I paint the scalp I usually hit it with a blow dryer to dry it because I'm impatient hahaha.. I don't use anything to seal the paint after. I've never had an issue with it coming off.

For the Malibu Francie doll Mattel did use the Casey face mold and called her Francie. Not sure why but they did.

Ive been watching ur videos for a while ive got the rebooting down but having a awful time cutting it after reboot if u have help suggests please help is there any books to help with this ? Thanks

The lips are all original and in perfect condition although the lighting in my photo makes the left side look like some is missing .. arrgghhh LOL
