This week I'm taking you along to the Goodwood Revival festival 2023, where I got to dress up in my finest original 1940's and 1950's outfits and meet up with fellow vintage enthusiasts. Of course The Revival is also all about the cars - but I'll leave the coverage of the motors to my husband over at "The Historic Sports Car Collection' Channel - for me, it was a weekend to immerse myself in the joys of vintage fashion and lifestyle! Hello Paula...Wonderful to see you again...What a fabulous video...I may see you there next year as I Love the 1940s era, I am currently in a 1940s swing dance class and loving it, we have dances and I wear a Womens Royal Airforce Uniform from the 1940s and I also adore my Vintage car an Austin Ruby 7 called "Ruby"...very much looking forward to your next video...Lots of Love to you and your family...Helen X

Absolutely fabulous such a vintage loves memorable event the shops full of beautiful pieces my love of all things vintage was a little curious girl going into my mothers room looking in her glory box full of exquisite dresses nightwear hats then the closet where the most loveliest shoes I was smitten since 💖👌The hosting events best dressed women and men loved the sewing class I used to sew woman’s underwear 😍Lovely photos your daughter and family just charming Mr Hilltop off to the vintage cars a perfect vintage weekend Thankyou so much as always your outings are an absolute joy💖💖😍😍👌👌🌟🌟

What fun. Have never heard of this kind of fair. Maybe they do not have in the states( at least where I live). Thank you for showing and you have a beautiful family. Loved seeing everything

What fun! This was absolutely wonderful! The clothing, the cars! I have photos of my mother and my grandmother and my dad ( he loved to dress up in his beautiful suits and pose with my mother in front of his car .He loved his cars) all wearing similar clothing. I believe my grandmother had a hat very much like your beautiful hat. You looked just so lovely . That fan was magnificent! I will have to watch this again , I can’t wait!
I couldn't stop smiling 😂😂. Amazing video. Love how everyone was into the spirit...the music was "spot on". I'm on the next plane to England . Don't think we have anything like this here in Canada 😢

@@HillHouseVintage I really like this sort of event. If the location had not been asked, I would have thought it was in the States. That tells you not every good thing happens on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
