Great walkthrough of VCFMW 18 (2023)!!! It was super busy! I had a great time! Even though I came home with CoVID-19, but I wouldn't change anything!

I think this is the same computer show we attended when it first started. Of course back then it wasn't vintage. Still remember the geek-BO was overwhelming.

I really wish they would have this in Southern California. Back in the 80s and 90s we have something similar with the monthly Pomona Fairfax, but no longer around. See so many things on the video that I would have brought.

My wife and I can be seen at 6:15 - 6:19. 🙂 This year's event was kinda off-putting. Many of the vendors were rude as hell, and the KZreadr benches seemed on edge. I visited the 8bit Guy's bench while he was away, trying to see/remember which copy of his software I bought last year, and I was shooed away as if I was going to steal something. I don't know, is it bad etiquette to look while they're not there? Including if you have social anxiety and tend to shy away from direct interactions? And they definitely need to consider a bigger venue with more parking. Trying to find a spot that isn't a half mile away is a bit much.

There's a constant noise when you go outside... like a swarm of birds feeding?
