Vintage Classics | BOSS TW-1 T Wah | Classic Envelope Filter

Музыка

Welcome to another episode of Vintage Classics. Today we are looking at one of the older BOSS pedals, The TW-1 T Wah. The T Wah is a simple envelope filter with 2 control and a direction switch and was manufactured in Japan from 1978 to 1987, it was superceded by the FT-2 and later the AW-2. While not the funkiest envelope filter/auto wah ever made, it is definately worth a look.

I have one on loan from a Boss nut. It's a cool device. I have the AW-2 and that's a pig of a thing. That's a beautiful Tele.

try it after the dirtbox for more of a shoegazer/filtered effect... stays touch-sensitive even after fuzz!

Never had the chance to see them live, I regrettably sold this before alot of vintage pedals boomed (no thanks to other youtubers) and want it back, it does only a few things but those things quite well!

@@JimijaymesProductions they’re INCREDIBLE live. I highly recommend making time if they tour again.
