I wish I could find some stripper like what you used. Can't stand what I have. The wire brush does a great job removing the paint off of the hardware. Think that's a must. That piece is fabulous !!! Love the color and the transfer on the inside looks good. Thanks for a great video !!

It’s gorgeous! A safety tip....years ago I stripped tons of furniture. I had beautiful wee hands. Due to all the labor my hands are ugly with arthritic knuckles, and lots of pain. So take care of yourself. 💖💖💖

Oh that is so very lovely! One of the things I've always loved about you is your attention to detail. If your name is on it, it WILL be done right! But the other part is, I know you love bright colors. Bright and beautiful and full of life! Yet, you are equally excellent at creating the elegantly classic. You set an excellent example for all of us, whether we paint for ourselves or for others. Thank you.

I actually loved the French Shabby Chic look and it hurt. Then you did your magic, it's absolutely gorgeous. You are definitely gifted.

Re hemp seed oil over PAINT: is it/can it be used as a final topcoat? Under what conditions would one use hemp seed oil vs Gator Hide or poly specifically for a dresser top? Thanks as always for this tutorial. So satisfying to watch/ learn your thorough best practices!

ahh okay, yes you can use it for a sealer over paint :) It is a permanent sealer. I guess it really just depends on the look that you or your client wants and the traffic of the piece......

Gorgeous. So much better than the overly flowered original - though it was pretty, it wasn't what I would want in my home. this has a softer, 'I want to hug it' feel.

holy cow, I didn't know you could spot treat with Oxalic acid. I have done a whole top on a piece before, but I was always told you can't spot treat and that you had to do the whole surface in the past. I also didn't know you could apply it like you did. I have always dissolved in it hot water and used that solution to treat the whole top. Can't wait to try the way you did it.

My first chalk paint piece is an armoire jewelry box that was not painted but it still has too many crevices/drawers for it to be an ideal first time haha but your videos are so helpful! Thrilled to watch this video! Your work is spectacular. I have a double dresser I'm refinishing for myself, and my idea was to strip the white paint off the top and make it natural wood, then paint the rest of it a beautiful soft blue. Your work confirmed my decision!

Hey, absolutely beautiful work. I love your advice. It's common sense to me, but I adore that you include it because it's not common sense to other people. You tell it in such a way that it's not condescending or snarky. Your professionalism is to be commended! I have been wanting to get into furniture flipping as a side hustle but I live in an apartment so it's on the back burner right now. Luckily, though, I've picked up a few pieces for myself to practice on and am able to use my mom's garage. Thanks again for the wonderful videos on filled with amazing tips and tricks. 💗
