You never want to hear Jon say "Where's that piece of wood" during a break lol. Seriously, I'd trust Jon to operate on me. It's crazy to think anyone would call shenanigans on the man himself!

I like the fact that for the last 20+ years people have been throwing away junk wax so now the fun is searching for psa 10 pop report and searching for those rare rc cards, after 15 year break im back collecting and i love the way it brings me back to my childhood

That Griffey looks perfectly centered. I cant see the corners obviously but if they're sharp it has a shot at a "10".

Repacked wax and stuff is junk, especially just the 70's. What an ingenious way to make money selling cards for half of what they are worth, as people love to gamble on the hope of getting something awesome. The Christmas pack too, as people are selling these on eBay for a ton and these were only issued from 52 to 62

I've literally seen Mantles pulled from Vintage Treasures. Though this one was disappointing considering they're giving you a repack, which do have zero chance of featuring a really big card like a Mantle, in a box that promises unopened packs.

This is what I have been waiting for.

Pretty lame to put the Christmas repacks in. The box says you're getting a single sealed pack from the 50s-70s, and by definition, a repack is no longer a sealed product, even if you seal the repack. It would be like putting a bunch of commons from 2011 Topps update in some shrink wrap and heat sealing it. Technically it is sealed, but it is dishonest to refer to it as a sealed pack of 2011 Topps Update.

Pardon, it said "unopened" which actually makes it even more obviously wrong. Those 1969 cards did not originally come in that packaging, so it obviously has already been opened. The stuff from that company is usually pretty cool, and they did give some decent packs. But that Christmas repack would have me asking for a refund. It is blatant false advertisement. It would be at least tolerable if those repairs ever seemed to have anything good. They're just commons 99% of the time, and the ones that aren't common as usually something like a semi star. Rocky Colavito, guys like that.

This was a fun rip, and a nice gift from the sender, but if I had spent hundreds on this box only to find out that my "vintage pack" was a repack of 60's commons, I would not have been happy.

Those Christmas rack-packs are a complete fraud. I went down the rabbit-hole and researched em one night. They still crank out new ones of those to this day. Pretty shameful that they'd advertise a vintage pack and then include nonsense like that!

What would you do with $200?? I'm not wasting it on any of those!!

Griffey pull was nice. Highlight of the video was the hologram reflection face reveal though

Blatant false advertisement as, by definition, a repack has been opened, and the box promises 21 UNOPENED packs.
