You're really lucky yours is in good condition. I got a mint in box one of these a few months ago. If you look at the arm and head where they connect to the body,, you'll see 2 little pegs sticking out. Those are just connected with glue and on mine, the glue had degraded such that the pegs came off inside the body. That's why one of the arms is looser on yours, tightness of pegs. Still, he's a good figure no doubt about it :)

the arm and head that were in it for over 25 years the pegs are bent. you could dip them in hot water and they will got back to shape

I think the only solution for the arm that is loose is to put something like scotch masking on it. right at the junction.... That way it would be firmer, right?.

Might work. Sometimes, I use super glue on the joints, but I move them before the glue sets, which gives extra material to the joint areas to make them tighter.
