Best Restoration I have seen so far of a Motor Cycle.

This is the same engine that Suzuki put in the 50cc Gaucho. This bike looks to be the same basic frame and engine with a different tank and seat. The Gaucho was my first motorcycle at age 10. I mowed yards and delivered papers for two years to save up enough money to buy it new in 1971. I immediately put a kit on it which made it a 75cc. Carb, pipe and top end and bigger rear sprocket. Great memories!!

QUALITY WORK, BETTER THAN NEW

In Indonesia, it is called the Suzuki A100 with a 2 stroke engine. Usually used by postman or as a motorbike for official employees. My father had it when I was in junior high school. One of the memorable motorbikes in the past. Thanks bro...👍👍👍👍👍

Great video. I'm working on a 1970 A100 right now, and this is a really helpful video. Funny how little they changed over the years - apart from cosmetics this bike is identical to mine!

I like the end result it looks great, never did get a chance to hear the engine run through 🤔, Couldn't hear it over the sound of the music, I watched the whole process, but the sound of the engine at the end is the grand finale 😢, next time add the sound of the engine 😂, Otherwise it came out nice, nice work 👍 !

Fantastic restoration, I really enjoyed it. As the restorer of bikes myself I can fully appreciate the many hard hours of labor you spent on it. However I’m surprised that you did not clean the inside of the cylinder and piston, and change the piston rings. To me that’s the heart of the bike. But great job!

Nice job on the restoration! Had an A100 from the mid 70s, back in the day, slightly different tank, side panels and air filter, but otherwise everything is pretty much the same, was my daily driver for quite a few years, served me well.

Hi there, awesome video man, i had to say that I’d never have thought of using solvol autosol and an electric buffer to polish the alloy up and it gave it an amazing finish, I’ll be doing that in future on my alloy. I would just have bought a polishing kit and wasted a lot of money 💰 lol 😂 . I’m a spray painter by trade and you spray paint like me, we are whats called a wet painter, tying to get the best finish out of the gun before polishing. I’ve never said this before, but I’m impressed with the quality of your work, especially to be working from home 🏡. The end result was nice, especially seeing you ride off into the sun 🌞 lol 😆.

Great job, thanks. You restored it, made it road worthy (all images), but didn't let us have a conversation with the bike. When you run the engine at the end, we need to hear it too; don't be stingy next time, let us hear it as well. No alive and kicking creature wishes to be silenced. :)
