Vintage 1980s Belanger Soft Touch Tunnel Car Wash Splash Car Wash Phoenix, AZ
This is a Vintage 1980s Soft Touch Tunnel Car Wash at Splash Car Wash in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Belanger with the rare Airstream Dryers. Sadly, the dryer does not drop down, but still works. Glad to see everything is original. As of now, the only Car Washes in Phoenix with Airstream Dryers with the triangle nozzle are this one and Metro Car Wash. Being inside this Car Wash felt very retro.

It is nice to find car washes with old equipment that still works.

Theres a title error on this video. That's actaully a 1990s Belanger Tunnel.
This is actually a 1990’s Belanger system not 1980’s.
Update: It’s sad to say that this wash has been replaced with modern day Belanger equipment.
It’s official they replaced all the brushes and painted the sides also now their is no quad wave mitter anymore which sucks. The side to side mitter is now blue like all the new equipment.

Nikos Podas Yes, one of the SideKick dryers had it’s motor taken out. I think that’s why they put in 2 more SideKick dryers at the end.
