Both of them were 3 years old when the show debuted. They would have been teens when it was peak. I'm 32 and I know the Simpsons very well as well as this game and all the references. Nobody in my family knew it, it just appeared on TV.

Everytime I see this game now all I can hear is Jerma screaming "BART. WHERE IS HE."

Man, I love the modding community. I definitely want to try that Mod of Stupidity. It looks like they actually put a lot of effort into it, so kudos to the people that made it!

The cutscenes are genuinely really well done, damn. It's like this mod takes elements of a shitpost mod and actually tries to make them make sense, somehow.

It's not an "exorbitant fee". Last I checked it was $30 which is fair for a popular PS2 game such as this. Animal Crossing on Gamecube is $80+ Also game prices are tweaked by whatever influencer on KZread decides to cover it, which creates FOMO cringe buyers that chew up all the supply. I have had my copy since 2005-ish, got it at EB Games for like $6.
