Miles Teller is one of Hollywood's most underrated actors, yet one of the best. In every movie he is in he embodies the character so well that it leaves an imprint on your soul. His acting in both this film and Whiplash are at the same time both mesmerizing and phenomenal you can not look away.

I managed to ween myself off my leg braces, 4 surgeries on both legs, wheelchairs, crutches and canes. Several decades later I still walk everyday without a cane. Never underestimate the human spirit. God Bless Vinny Paz.

The overcomers and underdogs of this world are the toughest , hardest people I've met in life. It is time for anyone who has faced adversity like this in life to stand up and take back what's theirs. Shattered my pelvis to literal pieces in 2011, couldn't weight bare for 4 months, no pressure not even an ounce or I risked ruining my 26 hours of surgery and being paralyzed. I spent 4 months in a nursing home for rehab going from a bed to a custom WC using my fists to move my body around. When the 4 months was up..I could start putting 25 pounds of pressure on my legs, 25 pounds of pressure is literally putting your feet on the ground when sitting..and week by week I had to learn how to put pressure on my legs. Then I had to learn how to walk again and for 6 months I walked slower than a 90 year old man with a cane. After two years of intense rehab and self focus I was able to run again. You are your own worst enemy but when your back is against the wall and no one can help you except for yourself...the meaning of life becomes a focus like you have never seen before.

Definitely late to this video but coming off shoulder surgery in the rehab phase to get back in the cage this is something I needed to see after feeling a little hopeless and that’s it’s taking longer to rehab than I expected. But thanks for making this video👍I’m gonna keep going especially the coach saying “show me how you live, show me how you fight”

2 months back I had the same car accident 0% my fault. Head smashed on windshield had severe head ,face, throat, knee injuries. But i never cried(got frustrated though😅) and accepted the incident imegiately after it happened within few second coz i was with my family and all were injured, mine was little severe so as people were even scared to come close to me as i was showered in blood. 2 good guys helped me and mine family and rushed to the hospital which was 1:30 hours far. Got stitches without even anesthesia. And 2 days in ICU for observation. I was conscious from start and knew everything was going on. If god gave the situation he gave the strength and courage to me yo fight it. On 4th day i started walking. After 7 days got discharge. 2 nd week due to medicine reaction sever rashes on complete body. It was like hell for 6-7 days. No sleep, no hunger. Some how conquered these situations. Still there is body pain etc. But i not going to give up bro, no chance😊. I realised my streangth and reached new level. I am on track now. Will be full covered by end of this year😊. Watching this real life movie scene mine accident scene came infront of my eyes. We don't know what tomorrow can happen to us. We have to be ready for any situation and fight it. ❤

And so. I was a warrior right from the beginning. That's why I'm still alive, pushing through every single day and fighting these inner demons every night ! Building my muscles, chasing my dreams, winning again and again a little less sometimes a little more the other ! But I'm never loosing all I'm loosing is weakness all I'm loosing is negativity. And it's (me) going to change ever no matter what.
