The juxtaposition of bojack making world class bad choices but simultaneously being one of the only sane people in this world is comedy gold.

Fun fact. Cats cannot focus on objects about a foot in front of them. Scale up a cat to Princess Caroline’s size and - well I’m too tired for math but I would guess that her close range vision isn’t too great even at a few feet. So this - interestingly enough - makes perfect sense

So fun fact: in the episode where Kevin and Vincent are in Princess Carolyn's apartment Kevin has 2 Freckles on each cheek and Vincent has 4. Theres never any animation errors in this show. Vincent is really an adult

I wish in the final episode we would’ve seen Vincent at the wedding taking off his trench coat to show that he’s an actual adult

It's always hilarious to me when Bojack mutters "Okay, here we go" (4:26) thinking Vincent is about to confess he's three kids under a trench coat and then gets denied.

Although Vincent is clearly three children on top of each other under a trench coat, I think it also works as a source for multiple metaphors. I see Vincent as a representation of men (or people) who may be adults in every sense, but they’re still emotionally immature, but their love interests will ignore it because they are taken in by their apparent wealth, career or social status.

Literally my favorite character in the series.

My favorite line isn't even from Vincent himself, but Princess Caroline referring to his "workplace" as the Business Factory.

What I love about this is that in the world of Bojack Horseman, it’s entirely possible that Vincent Adultman is a real person.

This show nearly gaslit me into believing that's a grown man

I never caught her saying "Well I have half a mind" until now. Hits more than it should've.

i think it was a commentary on how people tend to not pay much mind to the people who are clearly experiencing a crisis, even when they point out things that, upon hindsight, were quite obvious. they're so caught up in their own lives that so many details get missed and just go by them... welcome to the machine~

Children’s perspectives are usually pure. The character of Vincent is the author who highlights the characteristics of the character and the original appearance of things through the most ordinary appearance of things.

I LOST IT the first time I saw Bojack's depressing defeatist dialogue being responded to with that "Don't be sad!!! .....Good horsey ♥"

Tbh, I thought there was gonna be an inner joke where it's revealed that Vincent is someone with mental issues and that inside the coat was a deformed man of society.

I always interpreted Vincent as a symbol of how far people are willing to go to lie to themselves even in the face of the obvious because they want a form of happiness but look for it in the wrong places. It's so obvious Vincent is a kid it's literally pointed out to her by Bojack, she knows this he has a broom for a hand and he looks like a child. They made it so obvious to where you KNOW he's just kids in a trench coat, Princess Carolyn flirted with him to make Bojack jealous knowing that he was a kid in a trench coat but the longer she was with him the more she lied to herself to the point of deluding herself and believing her own reality that he was everything she needed she forgot the obvious problem that was right in front of her and she believed her own lies she told herself to the point she believed he had a kid when she saw vincent without the coat. But it also led to the end because seeing him for who he actually was a symbol of you can't keep lying to yourself even tho she tried to at the end but at some point you literally can't and have to see things for what they are even if you don't want to admit it.

Vincent is the name of all three of them together (though I'm convinced from the shape it's only two). The name of the blond kid if Kevin.

they say 3 kids but based on vincent's height he is only 2 kids in a coat, not 3. Further proven by where his body "misshapes" showing where one person ends and the other begins.
