Only player ever to play 22 seasons. 25,000+ points. Top 20 all time scorer. Top 10 all time 3PM. 10 straight seasons of 20+PPG. 8 time all star. 4 time all star vote leader. Rookie of the year. Olympic Gold Medal winner. 2nd most blocks all-time by a SG 3rd most game-winning shots in NBA history. Most 3-point buzzer beaters in NBA history. 1 of 5 players to average at least 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for 10 straight years. 1 of 5 players in league history to record at least 25,000 points, 6,000 rebounds, 2,500 assists, 1,000 steals and 2,000 3-point field goals. Inspired an entire generation of players in Canada. Saved the floundering Toronto Raptors franchise, they most likely would’ve left Toronto if not for him. Widely considered the greatest dunker of all time. Quite simply, he was one of the most entertaining and most skilled players ever to grace a basketball court… …And the NBA didn’t include this man on the Top 75 all time list?? 🥴🥴🥴

It's not just about the dunks. It's lasershot no looking passes, hand swapping lay-ups, over the hilltop and far away blocks, last second shots from half court, killer spin moves, killer crossovers, buzzer beaters game winners... You name it. And of course, the most awesome and breath taking alley-oops of ALL TIME. Feels like you combine every great player's moves in one dude, and buff it a little more with superb athleticism. Man, I swear to you, Vince Carter's highlights are the best to watch. He may not have the rings, but NOBODY looks better than him on court, his game is pure art and awesomeness.

Vince Carter never gets credit for being an all-around amazing basketball player. His scoring and passing was top tier. best thing to ever happen to/for Toronto basketball. During this era EVERYBODY tuned into the raptors, even folks who didnt watch the game prior, im not kidding, Vince had everyone into the raptors. Greatest thing in toronto basketball and id argue even against the championship win. love VC and am grateful to have experienced the hype in Ontario/Canada at the time, being from southern Ontario myself. ill add, after that dunk contest he won, it was over, guy was the king of Toronto.
