There's so many negative people on here who's talking about your story and have never been in your shoes. I've seen firsthand how hateful hmong people can be and I saw firsthand how people treated my dad as he got older. Everyone knows that when you are good others will step all over you because you're kind. It's sad that people look and say that it's your fault if everyone dislikes you. That is not always true when it comes to jealousy. If people can't use you then they will make you out to be the Bad Apple in the family. For everything that you have done for your community and your family, I can see why they are jealous of you. I was a kid and I saw my parents go through the same things you went through. I witnessed firsthand for twenty years how they treated my parents. This is the reason why I teach my children that hmong culture is a disgrace when it comes to leadership. I'm not hating, I just speak the facts. We all know that it has a lot to do with favoritism and everyone on here acts like they've never seen this happen before. This is the reason why hmong people have no country. Not only did I see this happened to my parents but I saw it happened to my in-laws too. It's sad that they had to convert to Christianity like you did just to have peace in their life too. We live in America now and those family who choose not to be a part of your life, let them be without you. Continue living your life the way you want to. You've done enough and you owe no one nothing. You don't need to explain anything to anyone, not even these negative people on here. The only people that understands what you've been through are the people that have been in your shoes. Tape care of yourself and your family.

Liked your comment up until you had to throw in the “this is why Hmong people have no country.” Stop with that crap. There are many bad people and they have a country. In life, it don’t matter what race you are, most will only like you for how much and how long they can use you or find you beneficial to them. No matter how many friends someone has, one friend is bound to get jealous and betray you or, if no one betrays you, just wait until you get sick, you’ll see that no one will be there but your immediate family members… and sometimes not even family will be there.

Doesn't matter if theirs to side of the story. Point is, the guy has been treated by family like he's a nobody. What i meant by that statement is to show that hmong don't love hmong and they rather destroy the very family they need than to support him for a better purpose. Yes I was wrong for that statement instead of saying what i needed to say. Sometimes itll open people's eyes to realize my statement was made is because we have no country, we should love each other as hmong people no matter family or not. Lol, when we still keep constantly advertise ourself to love one another, that mean we still having that very issue. We all should learn and listen and learn from both positive n negative comments. Remember, there's a solution because the it was solve from a problems. Just like 2+2=4 lol. But there's always 2 side of the story. Every action we made or take, there's always a consequence bad or good. It's good to take a good looks surrounding you and adapted to that environment.

Its sad to see so many people think he is being a victim bc two side hates him. But I have witnessed similar issues like this happen because everyone has their own agenda. People can be this mean from multiple groups, it’s not impossible for this to happen to one family. How many stories can there be when neither sides was able to say or do the right thing… Hmong people are still uneducated Freckle and prideful. Disrespect from other people is all it takes to have a problem like this. You will not know until you meet it, trust me. When you learn people’s real motives, you’ll be surprised to learn who will stand by you and who want you to die. Lol Love can go a long way.

This is soo sad. I can say my Dad is kind of the same way. Because it's only him and his younger brother, and since he says his younger brother doesn't love him, he tries to seek love from his other relatives/cousins. But I can see they don't really love him either. They use him when it's convenient, they ask for money when they need it, and my Dad, being his dumb self, always tries to satisfy all of them as much as he can. But now, he's older and can't really help others anymore. I wish my Dad knew in the beginning that he should have just out his FAMILY first, and not others. My Dad always seemed to put my Mom and us Children last, and put the needs of others first. Now, he's kind of regretting it. 🤷‍♀️
