Villamartin is ideal for golf lovers and those who want a lively location with an international feel. Properties in Villamartin are made up mainly of apartments but there are also townhouses and villas to be found
Villamartin is located 4 kilometres inland from the coast at La Zenia and just 10 kilometres from the well known and popular coastal City of Torrevieja

Villamartin is situated on the Costa Blanca in the municipality of Orihuela and the province of Alicante. It is one hours drive south of the Alicante airport and a twenty-minute drive north of the Murcia airport.

Enjoy your videos! The Plaza was influential in us choosing where to buy our apartment - 10 mins walk away - and we still love it. I would say it is predominantly an evening venue, and has always been quiet ish in the daytime. A bit of a shame the central music stage currently closed (lots of politics I believe), however many of the individual bars and restaurants have live music a few nights a week, and the vibe of the Plaza is atmospheric and quite buzzy in the evenings - certainly worth a visit. There are no bad restaurants, but the Hens Teeth, Eduardos and Gatsbys are favourites with all offering very good food, great service and awesome cocktails. 🍹🍸

We haven’t a night out up there for a long time. Well over due!
Great video 👍🏻 There are customers who like entertainment and who not. As we like entertainment we are going now more often to other places. For us free live music is a great service. In the end everybody is free to decide where to spend his money.
Hi we love The Hen's Teeth it's the best restaurant by far in the Plaza.
Gatsby restaurant is my favourite
It does seem quiet but you’d expect things to pick up around the Halloween break. To be honest Barry, we’ve drove past the plaza a few times this year when over at our place and visiting friends around the area. It’s probably been 3 years since we were last in the plaza for a night out. There are just so many other entertainment options available on the costa. BTW, there is a matchmaking festival down in Cabo Roig/La Zenia this week if you’re looking for other alternatives for video 🤣🤪🥳
Love Villa Martin - favourite places to eat for us is Bogies and Eduardo's. Do prefer it now with no music, let the bars do their own thing, went there once with a band and it sounded like bad karaoke which put us off! I did hear that it was Fairways, Eduardo's and The Irish Pub Group that got the music stopped.

Not sure we try to stay out of the local politics between bars. Our aim is to try help as many people as we can. 🇪🇸
We were there in September and going back in two weeks. Shame there's no bands playing in the plaza now
Always eat at The Fairways, fab food. Pity no music in the square anymore
Eduardos for Sunday lunch brilliant but the price from 10.95 now €18.00 3 course...
The best bar in the plaza is Chemies. Also across from the plaza is Chemies lounge.
Music is back, the entertainment license was the problem . The place was jumping . The Liverpool Band were amazing .
