Look at the African slave trade. We sold goods and weapons to the leaders who then sold on their people.

Why was the Developer allowed to do so much damage to the foreshore. What was the Government doing about this. This is ridiculous; we will never be able to restore what has be done...the Developer needs to be taken to task for this and compensate the landowners for what they have done to the land.

Most, not all but most of our Fijian leaders are easily lured with money. Even our government leaders aren't even making any type of consultations of any sorts with the landowners in Fiji concerning the new land bill thats just been approved & a few of the Chiefs gathered to oppose the bill since they weren't consulted, they end up being detained by the authorities! The government's doing things that they think will benefit everyone when in fact its only benefiting themselves. The current PM hardly looks like a PM since the Attorney General is running almost everything. Should the government continues down the path that they want, indigenous Fijians might just lose their land just like the Maori's, Aborigines & Apache's did just to name a few. I won't be surprised if the people of Fiji will rise & fight back someday or not, who knows. Knowing Fiji's history, it might just repeat itself!

That’s good news for China can control Fiji island! For Chinese can feed the Fiji people very well! It’s much better for Fiji people no foods to fill their stomachs and crying for foods !
