Great effort guys. just wanted to let you know that after jeera add the onions then garlic ginger then the masala and curry powder cook at each stage. lastly, add meat, salt and dhania to garnish. every meat curry follows the same process....but it looks yummy as it is. love your channel!

Usually it's like that with veggies and spices first before the meat/protein but yeah this curry isn't too bad either despite the need for a bigger pot next time with all that lamb. 😋
