Good design. Almost similar to my house. I had intention to put full glass for my hall and bed room at first floor. But my parents never agreed to that, refused to fix unbreakable glasses in the name of safety. Could have utilised the room below stairs and wood glass combo railings would be even more elegant. Balcony, atleast a pergola is preferred atleast to put a swing. My rating is 7.5/10.

@@ananda3601 I don't know. It's on other end. Pothanur side. I am not sure about the land rate over there. But one thing I know is, if it's with in coimbatore corporation then land rate is min 12kacks. Only in krishna college side the land rate is 8lac to 12lac with approved. Without approval means it's 6 to 8 lac
