Hola Alberto. Just like visiting the mercado myself, but unfortunately lacking the smell and taste of the food. I didn't spend any money, which is the good news. The old couple dancing outside of the "Cantina" Portal 5 de Mayo reminded me of the differences between Mexico 1967 and Mexico 1969. The old woman who was dancing was wearing pants. In 1967 I rarely saw any women wearing pants, other than tourists, especially in resort areas. Mostly dresses and rebozos. Of course I wore a blazer, slacks, dress shirt and tie in Mex DF because that is what men were wearing in 1967. Probably the last time I wore a tie. By 1969 most of the young women in Guadalajara were wearing pants, and quite a few older women as well. I also witnessed the arrival of electricity and agua potable to a lot of small villages in 1969. And in Leon apartment buildings sprouted dozens of TV antennas. I visited Mexico before everything changed and became modern. I'm glad I didn't wait.

Hello William, how interesting it must have been when people had electric light for the first time, it brought life to their existence, in addition to a lot of progress, but there was undoubtedly the nostalgia of that life before the light that must also have been there. be very pretty

After the introduction of electricity in many small towns and villages that I visited if there was a cantina or restaurant that served alcohol they bought a stereo or at least a record player. They blasted loud music over a loud speaker until late at night, in case anyone had forgotten where they were located. For most people I suppose it was a welcome novelty and entertainment. As for the concrete stylized "serpent" faucets in each barrio it meant that I saw far fewer little girls carrying half full 20 liter water bottles down the road from a stream or spring that might have been several kms from their homes.

@@williamwoods2547 Hehe, in the purest style of Pedro Infante's movies, alcohol was a pastime to get rid of boredom haha, well the habit stuck.

oyes hermano, pero no es muy peligroso por ahi por que pienso ir a traer mi camioneta, que se lo robaron a qui en tuxtla gutierrez chiapas, y lo encontraron ahi en tu municipio lo tienen en el corralón, la neta tengo miedo de ir y que sea acribillado ya que detuvimos los delincuentes y están en la cárcel pero tengo miedo que mande a sus conocidos ahi al momento de ir a traer la camioneta ...

4:10 Hay que pedirle a los que venden el alimento y lo sirven en la plaza, que no sean tan sucios, pues tanta basura tirada entre las mesas, perros y cosas tiradas son anti higiénicas, dan asco y pueden mandar a alguien al hospital. Que se esfuercen y también dejen el viñero que llevan dentro y ya no pongan sus plásticos sucios y manchados, que progresen y evolucionen, hay carpas muy bonitas y estéticas que son para este tipo de eventos. Tienen un pueblo muy bonito, con cultura, arquitectura y comida deliciosa, que se pongan a la altura y generen más y mejor turismo. Saludos al creador del contenido, es bueno.

Tiene mucha razón amigo , como que se echan a la hamaca por vender tanto y no se esfuerzan por mejorar , buena observación , le invito a suscribirse al canal.

@@PuebleandoConAlberto El pueblo es bonito, se diferencia de otros y si se ponen las pilas, pueden llegar a tener un San Miguel de Allende. Es cosa de mostrar un valor agregado a su pueblo, que tengan en mente que atienden a turistas y estos se llevan en mente y boca lo que ven. Si a un mediano plazo se ponen las pilas, comienzan a arreglar y vestir mejor sus negocios, el lugar da para ser muy turístico y de buena calidad, y no sólo sacar la venta del fin de semana entre vecinos y locales. Me suscribo, me gusta en contenido. Saludos amigos.
